Richard Ross officially became the 30th police commissioner of Philadelphia and he hosted that honor at Olney’s Central High School, yesterday. The new Police Commissioner is an alumnus of the academically-advanced public school.

Central’s 2016 graduating class, Ross’ family, politicians, police officers and media sat in Central’s auditorium to watch the official inauguration of Philadelphia’s newest police commissioner.
